WATER!

  I don't mind drinking water.  I have always drank water, and my kids do the same.  It has always been something that I have done.  I get up in the morning, make the bed, shower, get dressed and get a glass of water. I start with 16 oz.  I drink it down and get another.  I take that into my bedroom and take my vitamins, drinking half of the second glass.  Then, I turn on the news and my cat comes and drinks the rest of it.  So, I have three glasses down before I start my day.
   I have another at lunch, one in the afternoon, and then one at dinner.  If I drink too much after dinner, I am up all night going to the bathroom, and I love my sleep. 
   Water is so important to dieting.  I also got some of those powder Crystal light things to add to my water if I get bored. 
   The key is being close to a bathroom.  I can't drink all my water if I am not.
   Do you have any tricks for drinking all your water?
